I LOVE, LOVE pineapple and not just because it's deliciously sweet. There is an active enzyme in Pineapple called Bromelain which is used as a supplement for various health issues. Bromelain is found in the fruit and stem of the pineapple and has been shown to help with inflammation, digestion, sinusitis and even some infections. Juice all ingredients
1 cup of fresh pineapple (fruit and stem mixed)
1-2 green apples
1 cup of spinach
3 stalks of celery
