Turmeric Ginger Immunity Shot
-2 inch piece of ginger juiced
-2 inch piece of turmeric juiced
-1 tbsp of local raw honey
-1/2 lemon juiced
-Dash of black pepper & cayenne
Preparation – Blend or whisk all ingredients and enjoy 3 times a week for immunity.
