Ingredients:
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of quinoa
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 apple, sliced
- ¼ cup raisins
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- ½ cup of almond milk
Directions:
- In a medium pot and over high heat, bring water to a boil. Stir in quinoa then reduce heat to low. Cover for 10 minutes or until all the water is absorbed.
- Fluff the quinoa with a fork, then add to a bowl.
- Top with banana, apples and raisins. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top then pour milk on top.
