How long should I cleanse for?
Everyone is different and requires different recommendations for the length of your cleanse. Please talk to our staff to help you decide what is right for you.

How often should I cleanse?
The minimum should be 4 times a year. 

Where do I get my protein from?
The body responds vibrantly to plant-based protein, which you will be drinking all day long.

Can I workout during my cleanse?
Yes, exercise will aid in the detoxification process and increase circulation. It’s so important to listen to your body while cleansing. Your energy levels will change moment-to-moment and day-to-day. Your body will tell you if you need to go for a run or take a nap!

Can I cleanse while I’m pregnant?
Pregnancy is not the time to make extreme changes in lifestyle or nutrition. However, if you are currently eating a high percentage of processed foods and sugars you may want to consider a gentle shift by integrating fresh fruits, vegetable juices or superfood smoothies. You need to consult your doctor at this time.

Can I cleanse if I have cancer?
Yes, please speak with our health coaches who can inform you about our “Kicking Cancer with Cuisine” program. You need to consult your doctor at this time.

How should I break my cleanse?
Juice Cleanses are designed to be a lifestyle change so you don’t want to dive back into old, unhealthy habits. JuiceVibes recommends following a combination of juices with raw, plant-based foods for at least 3 days after you cleanse. We have health coaches on staff that can guide you on healthy food choices and how to stay on track.

JuiceVibes is not a medical organization and our staff cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. Any information gathered from us should not be interpreted as a substitute for a physicians consultation, evaluation, or treatment. If you having any pre-existing health conditions or are taking medications, it is recommended that you seek medical advice before initiating any program with us.

Cleanse Returns

All of our cleanses are made to order and that process begins the moment you submit your payment. All cleanses are non-refundable and must be done in consecutive days. There are no changes, substitutions or exchanges permitted once you have signed up.

In Store Pick-Up

You will have the option to pick up each day or three days at a time. All of the juices have a shelf-life of 72 hours once made. If you are unable to pick up your juices for any reason, we will only hold them for 24 hours unless prior arrangements have been made. Please be aware of our operating hours when you are picking up.
